Boot Camp Class

The goal of a fitness routine should include a balance of the three basic aspects of physical fitness: cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. Although boot camps are fast-paced, this “class” will allow you to modify your pace to accommodate your current fitness level, all the while improving your strength, endurance, and flexibility.


Boot Camp Schedule:

Tuesday 5 am

Thursday 7 am

Saturday 9 am


3 days/week for 6 weeks - $149

2 days/week for 6 weeks - $124

1 day/week for 6 weeks - $99

Note: Class times are subject to change! More times may be added based on attendance and feedback.
